The new all-electric Macan made its debut in Region South, a stunning stylistic and personalised expression of cutting-edge technology for the era of electrification. With its characteristic Porsche performance, progressive yet timeless design, long-distance range and high everyday practicality, the all-electric Macan is the perfect interpretation of an all-electric luxury sports SUV. With a more driver-focused cockpit design, new chassis technology, innovative lighting technology, and more powerful engine range, the new Cayenne once again emphasises its claim to be the sportiest car in its segment.

The latest masterpieces of electromobility: The new all-electric Macan and new Taycan 4

The new all-electric Macan is performance-oriented and completely newly developed based on the PPE platform. The new car features a range of cutting-edge technologies including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) with two-valve technology, rear-axle steering, electronically controlled Porsche Traction Management (ePTM) and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). Thanks to its particularly sporty seat position and low centre of gravity, as well as its impressive driving dynamics and steering precision, the new Macan delivers a real sports car feeling.

In addition, the car also demonstrates high performance in other aspects such as power, charging, range and recuperation. The all-electric Macan boasts up to 300 kW (408 PS) and 470 kW (639 PS) of power output in its Macan 4 and Macan Turbo versions, respectively. With peak torque figures of 650 Nm and 1,130 Nm and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 and 3.3 seconds, respectively, both variants have a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery, achieving a maximum range of 784 km (WLTP conditions in urban areas) on a single charge. With a charging power of up to 270 kW, the battery can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent (SoC) within approximately 21 minutes at a suitable fast-charging station. They have a drag coefficient of 0.25 and can recuperate up to 240 kW of energy while driving, further illustrating the Porsche E-Performance concept.

The China exclusive new Taycan 4, inheriting the family gene, not only has more power, but also benefits from breakthrough improvements in range and charging speed. It comes standard with the 105 kWh Performance Battery Plus, has a power output of 380 kW (517 PS), and accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. Thanks to an upgraded pulse inverter with optimized software, optimized thermal management, a next-generation heat pump and an improved recuperation and all-wheel drive strategy, as well as an increase in maximum power of recuperation up to 400 kW, its range reaches approximately 676 km under the China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle (CLTC) conditions. In addition, as a China exclusive model, it is equipped with a range of high-value equipment, including: adaptive air suspension and Sport Chrono Package delivering more diverse driving experience; BOSE® Surround Sound System, Porsche Electric Sport Sound, ParkAssist with Surround View, Comfort Entry, 14-way seats, privacy glass, electric charge port doors bringing pure driving pleasure; and new matrix LED headlights with exquisite high-tech lighting components, enhancing driving safety.

The new Panamera and new Cayenne present luxury enhancements

As a pioneer of sporty luxury sedans, the Porsche Panamera, since its debut in 2009, has balanced the dual demands of sport and business with a deep fusion of extreme sports performance and executive luxury, broadening the scenario of sports car use while enriching the sedan's driving experience. Especially in China, the Panamera is highly favoured by customers in terms of individualisation, daily practicality and comfort, occupying nearly one-third of the market share in the D-segment. The third generation of Panamera is more digital, more luxurious and more efficient: the chassis system is enhanced with multiple new technologies including the new Porsche Active Ride suspension system, which combines a significantly higher level of comfort with the sporty driving characteristics for which Porsche is famous; all powertrains have become even stronger including the further improved E-Hybrids.

As a pioneer defining the large sporty SUV segment for Porsche, the Cayenne being consistently enhanced since its launch. With a more driver-focused cockpit design, new chassis technology, innovative lighting technology, and more powerful engine range, the Cayenne emphasises its claim to be the sportiest car in its segment. Alongside the stronger sporty performance, the practicability and the sense of luxury also go one step further in the new Cayenne. The newly introduced Porsche Driver Experience not only creates an even more intensive driving experience, but also brings a more pleasant ride to passengers: the standard air quality system filters pollutants from the air in the interior, and the optional passenger display, available for the first time in the Cayenne, provides enjoyable experiences like in-car video during the trip without disturbing the driver. The standard equipment of the new Cayenne has been significantly expanded to include Matrix LED Headlights, 20-inch wheels, front and rear Park Assist including a reversing camera, and a smartphone tray with inductive charging at up to 15 watts.

More than innovation: Focus on digital technology and service upgrades

To meet the mobility needs today, Porsche continues to deepen its digital technology and services, bringing a breakthrough upgrade experience to new cars. For example, for the first time, the new all-electric Macan comes with an augmented reality (AR)-powered head-up display (HUD) that projects color AR content accurately into the real-world environment almost seamlessly. The display size is equivalent to an 87-inch display, making it one of the largest head-up displays on the market today. Innovations in charging technologies enable the new Taycan to achieve up to 320 kW of power and charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.

In addition to such innovations, Porsche Connect has also been taken to a whole new level. The Porsche Charging Planner, available for the first time on the all-electric Macan, is connected to AutoNavi Map and provides a highly customizable travel experience for the all-electric Macan, bringing a comfortable, efficient and anxiety-free travel experience. Useful parking services make your journey free from parking limitations. In addition, rich applications once again deepen the user’s interaction with the all-electric Macan, which comes preinstalled with apps such as Kuwo Music, Himalaya, Leting and iQiyi. Additionally, Tencent Aiquting, Bilibili, Volcano Car Entertainment, and many more apps are available through app markets, which further meets the needs of audio and video in the car. The Taycan 4’s Porsche Connect system also features new localized apps such as Tencent Music, while other models equipped with Porsche Connect have Apple CarPlay integrated into the display and various functions. In the future, more apps will be made available.
