Porsche Assistance provides coverage anywhere in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao, as long as your vehicle is accessible by the recovery vehicle. Please note that assistance and mobility services in remote areas are limited by the local road conditions and environment.
Vehicles covered and duration:
All Porsche vehicles registered with a Porsche Center in Chinese Mainland are eligible for this service during the warranty period.
Vehicles under new vehicle warranty: this service is available for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery of the vehicle at the authorized Porsche Center.
Vehicles with a Porsche approved warranty: eligible for this service during the extended warranty period.
