Expand the existing vehicle functions of your Porsche with Porsche Connect through a variety of services that can be accessed via Porsche Communication Management (PCM) and the passenger display in the vehicle, depending on availability.
Activate, purchase or renew services for your vehicle in the Porsche Connect Store. You will also receive an overview of the services you have already purchased and detailed information about all other products.
The My Porsche app: your touchpoint for digital vehicle management and control
Experience effortless interaction with your Porsche using the My Porsche app to control the Connect services remotely. The app combines numerous functions that make your day-to-day life easier. Synchronise navigation destinations, check the vehicle status, or conveniently control functions such as remote air-conditioning according to your needs using your smartphone.
The Porsche ID is your personal key to the world of Porsche, offering you free, customized access to a wide range of exclusive services and features. Serving as your username, the Porsche ID is a personal e-mail address combined with the password you created during setup. With this single account, you can seamlessly access various Porsche platforms, including Porsche Connect, My Porsche, the Porsche Online Shop and many more.
Porsche ID provides a unified and convenient registration experience, ensuring you can effortlessly engage with the full spectrum of Porsche's offerings. We invite you to start the registration process that is most suitable for you.
Automatic registration with purchase: Upon purchasing your Porsche from an authorized Porsche Center, you will automatically receive an invitation e-mail containing a registration link. Click on the registration link in the e-mail to complete the sign-up process.
Manual self-registration: If you did not receive the invitation mail or did not purchase your vehicle via an authorized Porsche Center, you can manually create your Porsche ID. Visit the registration page and sign up using your preferred e-mail address.
The e-mail address you use during this registration will become your Porsche ID.
