What does “timeless” look like, exactly? It’s a question that seems to permeate the work of artist Max Loeffler, conjuring a distinctive, nostalgic quality which Max describes as “retro-futuristic surrealism.” Porsche commissioned Max to create a series of original posters which celebrate the brand’s legacy of design by reimagining iconic Porsche vehicles in a style evocative of classic sci-fi.

“The elegantly curved outline of the 356 remembered me of the retro-futuristic images of the 60s/70s illustrating life on planet mars, so it seemed a good fit to have the 356 drive over a Martian landscape.”
